Rubén Alejandro Hernández López is a Founding Partner of HEDI. His practice focuses on corporate law, tax and anti-money-laundering compliance, with attention to the structures that domestic and foreign investors need to sustain in Mexico.
He holds degrees in Public Accounting and in Law. He complements that formation with postgraduate tax studies and anti-money-laundering certifications from the Instituto Mexicano de Contadores Públicos and the Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores. He approaches an engagement by defining the decision the client must make, the assumptions that could change it and the record required to implement the chosen position.
