Accessing, browsing or using the Site confers the status of user and constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Anyone who does not agree with them should refrain from using the Site.
Purpose of the Site
The Site is intended to provide general information about HEDI, its practice areas and editorial materials, and to facilitate an initial contact. It is not an online contracting channel and is not a means of formalizing professional engagements.
Informational nature
The materials on the Site are provided by HEDI ADVISORY, SC for general informational purposes. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment or other professional advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice based on the facts and law applicable to a specific matter.
No one should act or refrain from acting solely on the basis of the Site’s content without first obtaining professional advice on the particular matter.
Attorney-client relationship
Reading this Site, downloading material from it, sending a message or communicating through an address shown on it does not create an attorney-client relationship or any other contractual relationship.
Such a relationship arises only through an express written engagement accepted by HEDI, after any required conflict review has been completed and the scope of work has been agreed. HEDI reserves the right to accept or decline any request for services.
Confidential information
Do not send confidential, privileged or time-sensitive information until HEDI has confirmed that it can consider the matter, completed any required conflict review and agreed on the scope of an engagement. Information sent without that confirmation may not be treated as confidential and may not be protected from disclosure.
Use of the Site
The Site may be used only lawfully, for informational purposes and for initial contact. The following, among other conduct, is prohibited:

- reproducing, modifying, republishing or commercially exploiting the content without prior written permission;
- using the Site in a manner that infringes third-party rights or applicable law.
Accuracy and currency
HEDI seeks to present useful and carefully prepared material, but laws, interpretations and circumstances change. No representation is made that every item is complete, current or applicable to a particular situation. Publication and update dates indicate the editorial history of a page; they are not a statement that the material remains suitable for every later use.
No guarantee of outcome
Descriptions of services, experience or working methods do not guarantee any result. Outcomes depend on the relevant facts, documents, counterparties, authorities, law and timing.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the text, visual system, original illustrations and other materials on this Site belong to HEDI ADVISORY, SC or are used under an applicable license. Material may be quoted for personal, non-commercial reference with appropriate attribution. It may not be republished, modified or used commercially without prior written permission.
External links
Links to third-party websites are provided only for convenience or reference. HEDI does not control those sites and is not responsible for their availability, content, security or privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement.
Availability and limitation of liability
The Site may be changed, suspended or withdrawn without notice. Use of the Site is at the visitor’s own risk. To the extent permitted by applicable law, HEDI is not responsible for loss arising from reliance on general Site content, from decisions taken on the basis of that content, or from interruption, error or unavailability of access.
Personal data
The handling of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
Changes
These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page. The update date identifies the most recent version. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the version then published.
